装配式小箱梁缺陷修复后单梁静载试验及承载能力分析

单梁静载试验是在施工过程中检验单梁结构预制施工质量的一种重要检验手段,同时是评判其受力性能能否达到设计、规范要求和能否安全使用的重要途径。以某因施工缺陷进行修复后的30m预应力混凝土预制小箱梁为依托,阐述了单梁静载试验的理论计算、试验内容、加载过程、试验数据分析和评判等试验要点,通过单梁静载试验的试验结果,分析了预制小箱梁在试验荷载作用下的实际工作状态,评判缺陷修复后的预制小箱梁的承载能力能否达到设计要求,为该桥后续预制小箱梁的施工质量控制与评估提供支持,同时为类似的工程实际提供参考依据。

The static load test on single girder is an important inspection means to inspect the construction quality of single girder structure prefabrication during the construction,and meanwhile it is also an important way to judge whether its mechanical performance can meet the design,specification requirements and safe use.Based on a 30m pre-stressed concrete prefabricated small box girder repaired due to construction defects,the theoretical calculation,test content,loading process,test data analysis and evaluation and other test points of static load test on single girder are elaborated,the actual working state of prefabricated small box girder under test load is analyzed through the test results of static load test on single girder,and whether the bearing capacity of the prefabricatedsmall box girder after defect repaircan meet the design requirements is judged,so as to provide support for the construction quality control and evaluation of the subsequent prefabricated small box girder of the bridge,and meanwhile provide reference for similar engineering practice.
