摘要 随着社会经济的飞速发展,社会大众生活节奏不断加快、工作压力不断加大,人们鲜有时间、精力进行体育运动,进而使得人们身体健康大打折扣。体育运动对人身体健康能够产生一系列的积极影响,包括提升非肺活能力、心脏机能,以及促进骨骼、肌肉增长等,还能够对人的心理健康产生一定影响,调节人的情绪、陶冶情操、培养团结协作精神。该文首先介绍了健康的内涵,然后探讨了体育运动对人体健康的积极影响,进而对如何进行科学体育运动提出了相关建议,以期为增强人们体育运动,改善身体素质提供借鉴与参考。 With the rapid development of society and economy,the pace of life of the general public is constantly accelerating,and the pressure of work is increasing.People have little time and energy to play sports,which has greatly reduced people’s health.Physical exercise can have a series of positive effects on people’s physical health,including improving non-lung capacity,the heart function,and promoting bone and muscle growth,etc,and it can also have a certain effect on people’s mental health,regulate human emotions,cultivating sentiments,and fostering a spirit of unity and cooperation.The article first introduces the connotation of health,then explores the positive impact of physical exercise on human health,and then puts forward relevant suggestions on how to carry out scientific physical exercise,hoping to provide people some reference for enhancing physical exercise and improving physical fitness.
