户外拓展课在高职院校开展的可行性分析

户外拓展作为一种集心理学、教育学和组织行为学等学科成果的体验式学习课程,能够让学习者在体验活动过程中,激发个人潜力,增加团队凝聚力,并从中得到相应的理论学习。该研究根据户外拓展课程的特征,结合职业教育学生的特点,分析了职业院校开展户外拓展课程的必要性,并针对职业院校提出了开展户外拓展课程的对策。

Outdoor expansion is a kind of experiential learning.It is a kind of course that enables students to experience the designed activities,accept the challenge of personal potential stimulation and team cohesion,and share the relevant theories with the help of pedagogy,psychology,organizational behavior and other related discipline achievements in a simulated or natural environment.Based on the characteristics of students in vocational education,this paper analyzes the necessity of carrying out outdoor development courses in vocational colleges,and puts forward countermeasures for carrying out outdoor development courses in vocational colleges.
