摘要
该文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法与逻辑分析法等方法对舞蹈啦啦操融入高职院校促进健美操课程教学改革进行研究,分析健美操课程中融入舞蹈啦啦操的有效性,以及利用舞蹈啦啦操自身特点改善高职院校健美操课程教学中的不足和缺陷之处。研究结果表明:健美操课程中融入舞蹈啦啦操可以促进学生表现力的培养、促进学生的人际交往能力的培养、促进学生的创新能力的培养,更全面地培养学生的能力发展。
This paper uses the methods of literature review,expert interview and logical analysis to study the integration of dance cheerleading into higher vocational colleges to promote the teaching reform of aerobics course,analyzes the effectiveness of integrating dance cheerleading into aerobics curriculum,and uses the characteristics of dance cheerleading to improve the deficiencies and defects of aerobics teaching in higher vocational colleges.The results show that:the aerobics curriculum into dance cheerleading can promote the cultivation of students’expressive force,the cultivation of students’interpersonal communication ability,the cultivation of students’innovation ability,and the development of students’ability more comprehensively.
