摘要
篮球是深受高中生喜爱的一项体育运动,学生可以在篮球运动中加强身体锻炼、增进友谊,有益于身心健康发展。虽然让高中生参与到篮球运动中好处很多,可以较大程度缓解高中生日常学习压力,但是在运动中,仍旧存在身体损伤风险,科学地运用体能训练预防篮球运动带来的损伤是十分有必要的。该文就针对体能训练对篮球运动损伤的预防作用进行深入研究,以此来加深对体能训练的了解,减少学生受伤事件的发生。
Basketball is a sport loved by high school students.Students can strengthen physical exercise and enhance friendship in basketball,which is beneficial to the development of physical and mental health.Although there are many benefits for senior high school students to participate in basketball,which can greatly relieve their daily learning pressure,there is still a risk of physical injury in sports.It is necessary to use physical training scientifically to prevent the injury caused by basketball.In this paper,we focus on the prevention of physical training on basketball sports injury,in order to deepen the understanding of physical training,reduce the incidence of injuries to students.
