体育教师足球教学技能的提升与发展策略研究

Research on the Promotion and Development Strategy of Physical Education Teachers Football Teaching Skills

该文立足于体育教师足球课堂教学的实际,运用文献资料、分析归纳等研究方法,通过足球课堂教学模式与方法的创新,培养学生的学科精神与创新能力及学生的综合实践能力。同时提出体育教师足球教学技能发展的策略,从而有效发挥体育教师的主导作用,也充分体现学生的主体性,进而培养学生的创新思维,锻炼和提高学生的创新能力。

Based on the practice of physical education teachers’football teaching,the article trains students’subject spirit and creative ability as well as students’comprehensive practical ability through the innovation of classroom teaching mode.At the same time,the paper puts forward the strategy of the development of the football teaching skills of the physical education teachers,so as to give full play to the leading role of the physical education teachers and fully embody the students’subjectivity,so as to cultivate the students’innovative thinking,exercise and improve the students’innovative ability.
