如何在体育课堂中提高初中生中长跑能力

How to Improve Middle and Long Distance Running Ability of Junior Middle School Students in Physical Education Class

我国进入了社会主义发展的新时代,近年来国家越来越注重教育,青年一代是祖国未来的希望,承担着祖国未来发展的历史重任,教师应坚持素质教育观念,改变传统的应试教育模式,在体育课堂的教学也有迫切的需求。初中生的体育课,意在帮助学生适时地进行体育锻炼,获得强健的体魄和良好心理素质,初中学生正是长身体的时候,中长跑运动在体育课当中非常重要,但是很多学生缺乏毅力,就是在体育课上也不愿意进行长跑训练,更不要说课下的时候自行进行锻炼,因此,在体育课堂当中提高初中生的中长跑能力,就成为了迫在眉睫需要解决的问题,该文将简要结合笔者的教学实践,提出一些关于提高初中生长跑能力的方式方法。

China has entered a new era of socialist development.In recent years,the country has paid more and more attention to education.The young generation is the hope of the future of the motherland,bearing the historical responsibility of the future development of the motherland.Teachers should adhere to the concept of quality-oriented education,change the traditional exam oriented education mode,and there is an urgent demand for physical education classroom teaching.Junior middle school students’physical education class is intended to help them to do physical exercises in time to obtain a strong physique and good psychological quality.Junior middle school students are in the period of growing up,and the middle and long-distance running is very important in physical education class,but many students lack perseverance,that is,they are not willing to do long-distance running training in physical education class,and they should do it by themselves after class.Therefore,in the period of to improve the middle and long-distance running ability of junior middle school students in physical education class has become an urgent problem to be solved.This article briefly combines the author’s teaching practice and proposes some ways and methods to improve junior high school growth and running ability.
