摘要
跆拳道是一种实用性比较高的训练项目,相关技术在不断的训练和比赛当中逐步得到完善。所以想要取得好成绩,必须在心理方面占优势,比赛考验的不仅是运动员的专业技术,更考验他们能否在心理素质方面战胜对手。赛场上谁专注于比赛谁才能更接近成功,谁能调节自己的心理谁才能占据优势。该文重点研究了跆拳道运动员产生紧张情绪和心理障碍的各种原因,分析了跆拳道运动员心理素质培养和如何克服紧张心理的方法,为提升跆拳道运动员的心理素质和跆拳道的普及与发展给予一定的借鉴。
Taekwondo is a kind of training project with high practicability,and the related technology is gradually improved in the continuous training and competition.Therefore,in order to achieve good results,we must have an advantage in psychology.The competition tests not only the professional skills of athletes,but also whether they can beat their opponents in psychological quality.Who focuses on the competition can be closer to success,who can adjust their psychology and who can take advantage.This paper focuses on the study of the causes of tension and psychological obstacles of taekwondo athletes,analyzes the cultivation of psychological quality of taekwondo athletes and the methods of how to overcome the tension,so as to provide a reference for the promotion of psychological quality of taekwondo athletes and the popularization and development of taekwondo.
