液压支架用防冻液的研制

The Development of the Antifreeze Used in Hydraulic Support

液压支架用防冻液作为液压支架系统内的传动介质,利用液体的压力或动能来传递能量。本文通过对抗冻剂、抗磨剂和防腐防锈剂的筛选制备了一种液压支架用防冻液,有机酸盐、二元酸、三唑类添加剂和抗磨剂含量分别为0.2%,0.2%,0.02%和1%时,润滑性PB值可达556 N,其它性能指标达到了MT 76-2011的指标要求。

As the transmission medium in the hydraulic support system,the antifreeze used in the hydraulic support uses the pressure or kinetic energy of the liquid to transmit energy.In this paper,a kind of antifreeze used in the hydraulic support was prepared by screening the antifreeze,antiwear agent,anticorrosive and antirust agent.When the content of organic acid salt,dibasic acid,three azole additives and antiwear agent was 0.2%,0.2%,0.02%and 1%respectively,the PB value could reach 556N,and other performances of the fluid could meet the standard of MT 76-2011.
