焦质重垢清洗剂的研制

摘要 针对厨房锅底、烤箱、抽油烟机等位置的焦质重油垢难清洗的特点,研制了一种高效、无毒、环境友好且成本低廉的新型水基清洗剂。通过对几种表面活性剂、有机溶剂、碱性助剂进行了除垢性能筛选,确定了如下组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、月桂酰两性基二乙酸二钠LAD-40、碳异构醇聚氧乙烯醚TO-8、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠AES、N甲基吡咯烷酮NMP、二丙二醇单甲醚DPM、二乙二醇丁醚DGME。通过正交实验设计,确定了各种组分之间的最佳配比为m(AEO-9)∶m(LAD-40)∶m(TO-8)∶m(AES)∶m(NMP)∶m(DPM)∶m(DGME)=3∶1∶3∶3∶4∶2∶4。 Aiming at the difficulty to clean the coke heavy grease in the kitchen pot bottom,oven,range hood,etc.,a new type of high-efficiency,non-toxic,environmentally friendly and low-cost new water-based cleaning agent has been developed.By screening several surfactants,organic solvents,and alkaline additives for descaling performance,the following components are determined:fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether AEO-9,disodium lauroyl amphoteric diacetate LAD-40,Carbon isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether TO-8,fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate AES,propylene glycol methyl ether PM,N methyl pyrrolidone NMP,dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether DPM,diethylene glycol butyl ether DGME,hydroxide Sodium,sodium silicate.Through orthogonal experimental design,the optimal ratio ofeverycomponents is determined as AEO-9∶LAD-40∶TO-8∶AES∶NMP∶DPM∶DGME=3∶1∶3∶3∶4∶2∶4.
