摘要
双丙酮醇是一种重要的有机溶剂和中间体,在合成过程中,往往伴随三丙酮二醇的产生,导致双丙酮醇的色泽和品质受到影响。本文模拟双丙酮醇产业化的过程,考察了三丙酮二醇的选择性与原料质量空速、反应温度、原料加水量的关系。
Diacetone alcohol is an important organic solvent and intermediate.During the synthesis process,triacetone glycol is often produced,which affects the color and quality of diacetone alcohol.This paper simulates the process of diacetone alcohol industrialization,and investigates the relationship between the selectivity of triacetone glycol and the space velocity of raw materials,reaction temperature,and the amount of water added to the raw materials.
