摘要
锌精矿中含有砷、铅、镉等有害金属元素,在冶炼过程中不但影响产品质量,降低冶炼价值,因此对其有害杂质元素的检测至关重要。ICP-MS法具有快速、简便、干扰少、高灵敏度、测定范围宽等优点。本文研究了用盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸熔样,冒硫酸烟,赶尽氢氟酸后,用ICP-MS法对锌精矿中的砷、铅、锑、镉、镍、钴共6种元素进行同时测定。并对方法的检出限、精密度和准确度做了实验研究,实验结果表明该方法快速、准确、可靠,能够满足锌精矿中砷、铅、锑、镉、镍、钴含量的测定要求。
Zinc concentrate contains arsenic,lead,cadmium and other harmful metal elements,it affects the product quality and reduces the smelting value in the smelting process,so the detections of harmful impurity elements is very important.The ICP-MS method for zinc concentrate has the advantages of rapid,simple,less interference and wide determination range.This paper studies the simultaneous determination of Pb,Sb,Cd,Ni,Co in zinc concentrate by ICP-MS after the sample is melted with hydrochloric acid,nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid,and the smoke of sulfuric acid is emitted.The detection limit,precision and accuracy of the method were studied,and the results show that the method is fast,accurate and reliable,and can meet the requirements for the determination of Pb,Sb,Cd,Ni,Co in zinc concentrate.
