摘要
选用固化胶3312A、固化胶GB101N、固化胶3311和固化胶1-CN007四种固化胶对留置针连接管和PC接头进行粘接验证,每种固化胶均采用先涂胶和后涂胶两种方式进行样品粘接,测试样品断裂力并计算平均值,结果表明后涂胶方式粘接效果比先涂胶方式粘接效果好。4种固化胶采取后涂胶方式进行粘接效果对比,结果表明GB101N断裂力平均值最大,粘接效果最强。固化胶GB101N粘接后的样品经高温、高湿处理,测试断裂力并计算平均值,结果表明高温、高湿对粘接性能有影响,断裂力下降。
In this paper,four kinds of adhesives,i.e.curing adhesive 3312a,curing adhesive gb101n,curing adhesive 3311 and curing adhesive 1-cn007,were used to verify the bonding between indwelling needle connecting tube and PC joint.The fracture force of the samples was tested and the average value was calculated.The results showed that the bonding effect of the later coating method was better than that of the first coating method.The results show that the average fracture force of GB 101n is the largest and the bonding effect is the strongest.The results show that the high temperature and high humidity have influence on the bonding properties and the fracture force decreases.
