摘要
食源性致病菌可以引起的严重的食品安全问题。传统方法检测食源性致病菌存在一系列的问题(复杂、耗时、高成本等)。基于适配体修饰纳米材料传感器有望替代传统的检测方法,实现对食源性致病菌实时、快速、灵敏检测。本文简要介绍基于适配体纳米金比色传感器和基于适配体二硫化钼纳米片荧光传感器用于食源性致病菌的检测方法,并且介绍两种方法的局限性。最后,对适配体修饰纳米材料传感器的发展趋势和应用前景提出展望。
Foodborne Pathogenic Bacteriacan cause serious food safety problems.Traditional methods for detecting foodborne pathogenic bacteria have a series of problems(complex,high-cost,time-consuming,etc.).The aptamer-based nanomaterial sensorsare expected to replace the traditional detection methods,realizing the real-time,rapid,andsensitive detection of foodborne pathogenic bacteria.In this article,the detection of foodborne pathogenic bacteria based on aptamer-based gold nanoparticles colorimetric sensor and aptamer-based molybdenum disulfide nanosheets fluorescent sensor are introduced.Furthermore,the limitations of two methods are illustrated.Finally,the development trend and application prospect of aptamer-based nanomaterial sensors are prospected.
