摘要
城市的发展生活水平的提高,人们对环境的要求也在提高。城市中的景观树众多但落叶也就更多了,为维护良好的环境与满足市场需求,落叶清扫机的设计既要减轻工人的劳作,又要提高清扫效率。再者就是为响应保护环境,让落叶能够得到二次利用,设计了压缩的功能。本次设计主要研究了清扫机的吸叶装置、碎叶装置、动力装置、压缩装置,将这几个装置进行了设计,用了有限元对一些结构进行了静力和模态分析,结合市面上清扫机的一些参数设计一款较为综合的清扫设备。
With the improvement of urban development and living standards,people's demands on the environment are also increasing.In order to maintain a good environment and meet the needs of the market,the design of this project should not only reduce the work of workers,but also improve the efficiency of cleaning.Furthermore,in response to the protection of the environment,so that leaves can be used twice,the design of compression function.This design mainly studied the blade suction device,the blade breaking device,the power device,the compression device of the cleaning machine,designed these devices,analyzed some structures with finite element method,combined with some parameters of the cleaning machine on the market designed a more comprehensive Combined cleaning equipment.
