Research and Application of FPSO Waste Water Return Process Treatment

渤海某油田FPSO在流程处理过程中产生大量含油污水,占据舱容,影响油田安全生产。含油污水返流程处理是治理含油污水的最佳途径。本文对含油污水变化原因进行分析,验证不同途径含油污水返流程处理效果,并对面临问题提出解决方向。

A large amount of dirty oil and water is produced in the process of FPSO treatment in a Bohai oilfield,which occupies the tank capacity and affects the safety production of the oilfield.It is the best way to treat waste oil and water by return flow.This paper analyzes the reasons for the change of the waste water,verifies the treatment effect of different ways of sewage oil return process,and puts forward the solutions to the problems.
