硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的研究

Study on the clinical efficacy of nifuratel and nysfungin vaginal ointment in the treatment of recurrent candida vaginitis

目的:研究硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:2018年6月-2020年6月收治复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者180例,随机分为两组,各90例。对照组应用克霉唑栓治疗;观察组应用硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,治疗后临床症状评分均低于对照组,治疗后3个月、6个月复发率均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎,兼具有效性和安全性,可有效改善患者临床症状,同时可降低疾病的复发率。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of nifuratel and nysfungin vaginal ointment in the treatment of recurrent candidal vaginitis.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2020,180 cases of patients with recurrent candida vaginitis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 90 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clotrimazole suppository.The observation group was treated with nifuratel and nysfungin vaginal ointment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,the scores of clinical symptoms were lower than those of control group after treatment,the recurrence rates of 3 months and 6 months after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nifuratel and nysfungin vaginal ointment in the treatment of recurrent candidal vaginitis is effective and safe,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
