丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸辅助治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的临床效果

Investigation on the clinical effect of adenosylmethionine succinosylate in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy

目的:分析丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸辅助治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的临床治疗效果。方法:2016年7月-2019年7月收治妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用熊去氧胆酸治疗;观察组采用熊去氧胆酸+丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组剖宫产率、胎儿窘迫率及新生儿窒息率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肝酶指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸辅助治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者效果良好,患者临床症状及妊娠结局得到有效改善。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of adenosylmethionine succinosylate in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Methods:From July 2016 to July 2019,100 patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid.The observation group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid combined with adenosylmethionine succinosylate.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rates of cesarean section,fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of liver enzyme index in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adenosylmethionine succinosylate is effective in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,and the clinical symptoms and pregnancy outcome are effectively improved.
