阿比多尔联合连花清瘟胶囊治疗成人病毒性肺炎的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of arbidol combined with Lianhua Qingwen capsule in the treatment of adult viral pneumonia

目的:探讨阿比多尔联合连花清瘟胶囊治疗成人病毒性肺炎的有效性及安全性。方法:2020年1月-2020年3月收治病毒性肺炎患者23例,均采用阿比多尔联合连花清瘟胶囊治疗,观察临床疗效和不良反应。结果:所有患者治疗期间均病情稳定,治疗后临床症状、炎症指标水平及影像学病灶均有好转;所有患者治疗前后血红蛋白、血小板计数、肌酐、谷丙转氨酶及草转氨酶等指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿比多尔联合连花清瘟胶囊能有效提高成人病毒性肺炎的临床治愈率,改善患者临床症状,并且无明显的药物不良反应。

Objective:To explore the effectiveness and safety of arbidol combined with Lianhua Qingwen capsule in the treatment of adult viral pneumonia.Methods:From January 2020 to March 2020,23 patients with viral pneumonia were selected.They were treated with arbidol combined with Lianhua Qingwen capsule,we observed the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.Results:All patients were stable during treatment,after treatment,the clinical symptoms,inflammatory index levels and imaging lesions were improved.There was no significant difference in hemoglobin,platelet count,creatinine,alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase levels between before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Arbidol combined with Lianhua Qingwen capsule can effectively improve the clinical cure rate of adult viral pneumonia,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and there is no obvious adverse drug reactions.
