心脑舒通胶囊联合西地那非治疗血瘀阻滞型阳痿的临床观察

Clinical observation of Xinnao Shutong capsule combined with sildenafil in the treatment of impotence(blood stasis type)

目的:研究心脑舒通胶囊联合西地那非治疗血瘀阻滞型阳痿的效果。方法:2015年3月-2019年5月收治血瘀阻滞型阳痿患者76例,随机分为两组,各38例。对照组采取西地那非治疗;观察组在西地那非基础上联合心脑舒通胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后勃起功能指数(IIEF)、性生活日记(SEP)及总体评价问卷(GAQ)评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用心脑舒通胶囊联合西地那非治疗血瘀阻滞型阳痿的效果显著,可显著改善IIEF、SEP、GAQ评分,降低患者负面情绪。

Objective:To study the effect of Xinnao Shutong capsule combined with sildenafil in the treatment of blood stasis type impotence.Methods:From March 2015 to May 2019,76 patients with blood stasis type impotence were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sildenafil.Observation group was treated with sildenafil combined with Xinnao Shutong capsule.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of erectile function index(IIEF),sex life diary(SEP)and general evaluation questionnaire(GAQ)in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xinnao Shutong capsule combined with sildenafil has a significant effect in the treatment of blood stasis type impotence,it can significantly improve the scores of IIEF,SEP and GAQ,and reduce the negative emotions of patients.
