小儿推拿配合穴位贴敷治疗脾失健运型小儿厌食症的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of pediatric massage combined with acupoint application in the treatment of child anorexia with splenic dysfunction

目的:观察推拿配合穴位贴敷治疗脾失健运型小儿厌食症的临床效果。方法:2018年5月-2020年9月收治脾失健运型厌食症患儿132例,随机分为两组。对照组应用穴位贴敷治疗;试验组应用穴位贴敷联合按摩手法治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗后症状积分低于对照组,症状开始改善时间短于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿推拿配合穴位贴敷治疗脾失健运型小儿厌食症,具有较好的临床效果。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of pediatric massage combined with acupoint application in the treatment of child anorexia with splenic dysfunction.Methods:From May 2018 to September 2020,132 cases of children with splenic dysfunction type anorexia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with acupoint application.The experimental group was treated with acupoint application combined with pediatric massage.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,the symptoms started to improve time was shorter than that of the control group,the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pediatric massage combined with acupoint application in the treatment of children with splenic dysfunction type anorexia has a good clinical effect.
