综合护理在老年粘连性肠梗阻患者围术期的效果研究

Study on the significance of comprehensive nursing care in perioperative period of senile patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction

目的:探究老年粘连性肠梗阻患者围术期实施综合护理的效果。方法:2019年2月-2020年8月收治老年粘连性肠梗阻患者96例,随机分为两组,各48例。对照组给予常规护理;试验组给予综合护理。比较两组手术相关指标水平、护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果:试验组术中出血量、手术时间、排气时间、住院时间及并发症发生率均低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年粘连性肠梗阻患者围术期行综合护理,可有效降低术中出血量,缩短恢复周期,提升患者对护理的满意度,减少并发症的发生。

Objective:To explore the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing for elderly patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction.Methods:From February 2019 to August 2020,96 elderly patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 48 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing.The experimental group was given comprehensive nursing.The level of operative related indicators,nursing satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The amount of intraoperative blood loss volume,operation time,exhaust time,hospital stay and incidence of complications in the experimental group were lower than the control group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The perioperative comprehensive nursing can effectively reduce the intraoperative blood loss volume,shorten the recovery period,improve the satisfaction of the nursing,and reduce the incidence of complications in the elderly patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction.
