社区护理干预对老年高血压患者的临床效果观察

Observation on the effect of community nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension

目的:观察社区护理干预对老年高血压患者的临床效果。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年3月社区老年高血压患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预;试验组实施社区护理干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:试验组干预后患者血压水平、生活质量评分、满意度及遵医依从率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年高血压患者实施社区护理干预,可提高血压控制效果,提升生活质量和满意度,整体效果好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of community nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:From March 2019 to March 2020,80 cases of elderly patients with hypertension were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention.The experimental group was given community nursing intervention.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The blood pressure level,quality of life score,nursing satisfaction and compliance rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community nursing intervention for elderly patients with hypertension can improve the effect of blood pressure control,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,the overall effect is good.
