摘要
系统地梳理了爆炸焊接中静态参数、动态参数之间相互关系。针对爆炸焊接工艺参数多、经验计算公式复杂、计算过程逻辑复杂、人工计算易出错的困难,利用Visual Basic软件进行编程,开发适合双金属爆炸焊接参数选择系统,以方便工业生产中双金属复合板爆炸焊接参数选择。所开发的系统建立了异质金属材料性能数据库,可实现任意异质或同种金属爆炸焊接可焊性窗口的自动绘制,同时可定量计算任意双金属爆炸焊接理论“最佳”工艺参数。
The relationship between static and dynamic parameters in explosive welding is systematically combed.Aiming at the difficulty of explosive welding process with many parameters,complex empirical calculation formula,complex calculation process logic and error-prone manual calculation,a suitable parameter selection system for bimetallic explosive welding is developed by using Visual Basic software to facilitate the selection of explosive welding parameters of bimetallic composite plate in industrial production.The developed system establishes a heterogeneous metal material performance database,which can automatically draw the weldability window of any heterogeneous or the same metal explosive welding,and can quantitatively calculate the"best"process parameters of any bimetallic explosive welding theory.
