This paper introduces the structural characteristics of the wheel,combined with the actual production,puts forward the improvement measures and suggestions for the common defects in the wheel forming process.The key factors of wheel forming process are analyzed and verified by finite element method,which is of great significance for improving wheel forming quality control and improving production efficiency.
