摘要
针对由于轧后没有碱洗脱脂工序,直接装炉退火,表面质量相对较差。通过优化酸洗工艺、改进轧机乳液系统和吹扫系统、改进罩式炉退火工艺、精整高标准质检反馈等方面入手,以及硬件设施改进和管理措施的持续落实,使得表面质量等级整体得到了提高。
Because there is no alkali washing and degreasing process after rolling,the surface quality is relatively poor.By optimizing the pickling process,improving the rolling mill emulsion system and purging system,improving the annealing process of the hood furnace,finishing the high standard quality inspection feedback,and the continuous implementation of the hardware facilities improvement and management measures,the surface quality grade has been improved as a whole.
