无线测温装置在长钢的应用

摘要 为了避免真空断路器的触头温度过高烧坏,导致鼓风机停机,从而引发高炉休风的恶性事故发生,我们给真空断路器的触头上配备了无线测温装置。通过无线和有线的有机结合,及时把触头的测温信息通过Kepserver软件OPC方式传到风机控制室的DCS系统,并在显示器画面上形成温度趋势图。风机操作人员在监控风机机组运行的同时,同步监控风机高压配电系统高压柜内断路器的运行温度变化。 In order to avoid the excessive burning of the contact temperature of vacuum circuit breaker and cause the blower to stop,the contact of vacuum circuit breaker with wireless temperature measuring device was equipped.Through the organic combination of wireless and wired,the temperature information of contact is transmitted to the DCS system of fan control room by Kepserver software OPC,and the temperature trend chart is formed on the display screen.At the same time,the fan operator monitors the operation temperature of the circuit breaker in the high voltage cabinet of the fan high voltage distribution system.
