摘要
岩巷掘进是煤矿井下综采作业的顺利进行的基础,其掘进效率和安全性直接决定了井下综采作业的经济性。针对目前井下岩巷掘进作业效率低、岩巷稳定性差的现状,提出了一种新的岩巷掘进工艺,其通过优化掘进工艺、合理选用支护结构、优化掘进过程中的作业管理,有效的提升了井下岩巷掘进效率和安全性,根据实际应用表明,新的掘进工艺将岩巷掘进效率提升了42.7%,支护成本降低了19.2%,具有较大的应用推广价值。
The rock roadway excavation is the basis of the smooth progress of fully mechanized coal mining in coal mine,and its tunneling efficiency and safety directly determine the economy of fully mechanized coal mining.In view of the present situation of low efficiency and poor stability of rock roadway,a new tunneling technology is put forward.By optimizing the tunneling technology,selecting the supporting structure reasonably and optimizing the operation management in the tunneling process,the tunneling efficiency and safety of rock roadway are effectively improved.According to the practical application,the new tunneling technology improves the tunneling efficiency by 42.7%and reduces the supporting cost by 19.2%,which has great application value.
