高职院校贯彻《高等学校知识产权管理规范》的实践——以陕西国防工业职业技术学院为例

The Practice of the Implementation of Regulation of Intellectual PropertyRights Management in Colleges and Universities

《高等学校知识产权管理规范》是新时期国家规范高校知识产权工作的国家标准。我校于2018年启动贯彻《高等学校知识产权管理规范》国家标准试点工作(以下称“贯标”工作),经过知识产权管理诊断,建立健全管理机构、运营机构、服务支持机构及知识产权专员,编写管理体系文件,知识产权“贯标”培训,体系实施运行,检查改进等环节,我校“贯标”工作于2019年12月顺利通过专家组验收。同时专家组对我校知识产权管理工作提出了更高要求。通过“贯标”,我校知识产权的创造、管理、运用、保护工作更加规范且富有活力,对学校长远发展的促进作用日益显现。

The Regulation of Intellectual Property Rights in Colleges and Universities is the national standard to regulate the work of intellectual rights in the new era.In 2018,the work to carry out the regulation was started in our institute.After the judgement of the management of intellectual property right,the management departments,the running departments and service departments are set up,the intellectual property commissioners are trained to compile the documents to administrate the files to carry out the regulation,the running of the system and the check and improvement are carried out.In December 2019,all the work have passed the examinations before acceptance of the experts,and the experts also put forward the higher requirement for the work.After these work,the creation,administration,usage of them and the protection of them in our school are more regular and dynamic,and it has a great effect to the work of our school.
