摘要 目的:探讨CTA联合灌注成像对急性脑梗死静脉溶栓后的疗效评估价值。方法:选择120例脑梗死患者,均行CTA和灌注成像检查,并根据检查结果将其分为双阳性组、单阳性组和阴性组,比较3组近期及远期预后。结果:双阳性63例,占52.5%,双阳性组近期及远期预后明显较单阳性组和阴性组差(均P<0.05)。结论:灌注成像和CTA可早期发现脑血管异常和脑组织血流灌注异常,两者联合应用有助于早期对急性脑梗死溶栓治疗效果的评估,对缺血性脑卒中患者具有重要意义,值得临床推广。 Objective:To study the evaluation value of CTA combined with perfusion imaging in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction after intravenous thrombolysis.Methods:120 patients with cerebral infarction were selected as the research objects.All patients were examined with CTA and perfusion imaging.According to the results of CTA and perfusion imaging,they were divided into the double positive group,the single positive group and the negative group.The short-term and long-term prognosis of patients in three groups were compared.Results:63 cases were double positive,accounting for 52.5%.The short-term and long-term prognosis of patients in the double positive group were significantly worse than those in the single positive group and the negative group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Perfusion imaging and CTA can detect the abnormality of cerebral blood vessels and the abnormality of cerebral blood flow in the early stage.The combination of perfusion imaging and CTA can help to evaluate the thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction in the early stage and predict the short-term and long-term effects after thrombolysis.It is of great significance for the patients with ischemic cerebral apoplexy,and it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
