摘要 随着科学技术的发展,机载航电产品越来越复杂,维护保障难度不断增加,其维修性设计与分析日益重要。提出了一套基于JACK软件的维修性仿真分析流程和方法,并针对设计未定型阶段维修性预计难的问题,提出了一套MTTR预计方法。结合具体产品维修性工作的开展,对建立的流程和方法进行了工程应用。实践结果表明,建立的流程和评价方法是适用的、合理的、可行的。 With the development of science and technology,airborne avionics products are becoming more and more complex,and the difficulty of maintenance and support is increasing too.A set of maintainability simulation analysis process and method based on JACK is proposed.In order to solve the problem that maintainability prediction is difficult in the stage of design uncertainty,a set of MTTR prediction method is proposed.Combined with the development of specific product maintainability work,the established process and method are applied in engineering.The practice result shows that the established process and evaluation method are applicable,reasonable and feasible.
