混凝土抗渗仪在线检测装置的研制

On-Line Detection Device for Concrete Anti Permeability Apparatus

针对混凝土抗渗仪现场使用不方便检测的问题,研制开发了一种新的现场在线检测装置,巧妙地通过抗渗仪的排水口连接,利用抗渗仪的造压泵加压,进行压力示值、液面高度差的测量,通过上位机控制软件实时读取和处理数据,可以在不对抗渗仪进行拆卸、也无须安装夹具的条件下的进行检测工作,该装置完全满足JJF 1812-2020《混凝土抗渗仪校准规范》对标准器的要求。经实验表明,该检测装置具有安装方便、操作简单、检测结果准确可靠等特点,具有较好的应用前景。

In order to solve the problem of inconvenient on-site detection for concrete anti permeability,a new on-site on-line detection device is developed,which is skillfully connected through the drainage port of the anti permeability and pressurized by the anti permeability,pressure pump to display the measurement of the value and the difference in liquid level can be read and processed in real time by the host computer control software,which can be tested without disassembly of the anti permeability and without the need to install a fixture.The device fully meets the requirements for the standard JJF 1812-2020 Calibration Specification for Concrete Impermeability Tester.Experiments show that the detection device has the characteristics of easy installation,simple operation,accurate and reliable detection results,and has a good application prospect.
