摘要 飞机驾驶杆用于传递飞行员操纵指令,传统测试方法难以检测到按钮开关输出不稳定的故障。为保障战机飞行安全,提高驾驶杆修理质量,提出一种基于虚拟仪器技术的自动检测方法,研制以工业控制计算机为资源核心且可对驾驶杆进行自动电学和力学测试的装置。在对系统功能进行概述的基础上,给出该系统架构框图,完成基于直线电机的夹持/施力装置、高压矩阵模块等关键性设计,提升了系统测试速度和精度,降低了研制成本;并基于虚拟仪器技术,开发了一套自动测试软件,给出软件测试流程框图,并开展相关功能验证。测试结果表明方法有效,且提升了驾驶杆的故障检出率。 The control stick is used to transmit the pilot's control command.The traditional test method is difficult to detect the unstable output of the button switch.In order to ensure the flight safety of fighter and improve the repair quality of control stick,an automatic detection method based on virtual instrument technology is proposed,and a test device is developed with industrial control computer as the resource core and could conduct automatic electrical and mechanical test on the control stick.On the basis of summarizing the system functions,the system architecture diagram was given,the key designs of clamping/force applying device and high voltage matrix module based on linear motor were completed,which improved the test speed and accuracy of the system and reduced the development cost.Based on the virtual instrument technology,a set of automatic test software was developed.The flow chart of software test was given,and the related function verification was carried out.The test results show that the method is effective and improves the fault detection rate of control stick.
