摘要
燃气轮机的功率与空气温度有很大的关系,对于控制系统在控制燃气轮机功率时,输入的空气温度信号的测量精度必须足够精准,才能实现燃气轮机功率的精准控制。本文结合某控制系统实例对空气温度信号测量回路的精度进行了分析,给出了提高测量精度的改进方法。通过提高空气温度信号的测量精度,实现对燃气轮机功率精准控制,提高燃气轮机效率,为燃气轮机电厂带来更高的经济效益。
The power of gas turbine has a great relationship with air temperature.When the control system controls the power of gas turbine,the measurement accuracy of input air temperature signal must be accurate enough to realize the accurate control of gas turbine power.In this paper,combined with a control system example,the accuracy of air temperature signal measurement loop is analyzed,and the improvement method to improve the measurement accuracy is given.By improving the measurement accuracy of the air temperature signal,the power of the gas turbine can be accurately controlled,and the efficiency of the gas turbine can be improved,which will bring higher economic benefits to the gas turbine power plant.
