摘要
比较了行业标准DL/T 715《火力发电厂金属材料选用导则》2000年版和2015年版中关于钢102应用范围的差异,结合某亚临界锅炉再热器钢102的应用,从行业标准、设计参数、现场检查、试验检测和计算等方面对钢102材料的使用情况进行分析,验证了标准修订的准确性;同时指出,对在役机组中的钢102受热面管,火电厂技术人员需要通过对锅炉受热面宏观检查、取样试验和分析,及时评判钢材的性能,为机组后续的运行和检修提供依据,并为类似受热面用钢的锅炉运行和检修提供参考。
The differences of application range of 12Cr2MoWVTiB steel were compared between the version 2000 and 2015 of the industrial standard DL/T 715 Selection Guide for Metallic Material of Fossil Power Plants.Combining with the application of 12Cr2MoWVTiB steel in the sub-critical boiler,the use of 12Cr2MoWVTiB steel through the aspect of industry standard,design parameters,on-site inspection,material detection and calculation were analyzed,and then the accuracy of standard revision was verified.For 12Cr2MoWVTiB steel tubes in service,the technicians of power plant need to estimate the service performance of steel timely through macro-inspection of steel tubes and sampling test in laboratory.This provides a basis of the subsequent safety operation and maintenance of this power unit,and also provides a reference for the operation and maintenance of boilers with similar steels.
