摘要
某350 MW超临界机组在试运行期间故障减负荷(RB)功能未完善时发生单台汽动给水泵跳闸事故,阐述了事故发生的过程,并采取了稳定给水流量、降低锅炉燃烧率、调整主蒸汽参数等措施。结果表明:1台汽动给水泵跳闸后,在1台50%最大连续蒸发量(BMCR)容量汽动给水泵与1台30%BMCR容量电动给水泵提供给水的情况下,通过采取适当的措施可将机组负荷安全降至可稳定运行的区间。
While runback(RB)function was not running,a tripping fault of a single steam turbine-driven feedwater pump occurred in a 350 MW supercritical unit during trial operation.An illustration was presented for the tripping process,and following measures were adopted,such as stabilizing the feed water flow rate,reducing the boiler combustion rate,adjusting the main steam parameters,etc.Results show that with one tripped steam turbine-driven feedwater pump,in the condition that feed water is supplied by another steam turbine-driven feedwater pump with 50%boiler maximum continuous rating(BMCR)capacity and one motor-driven feedwater pump with 30%BMCR capacity,the unit load can be reduced to a range with steady and safety operation through taking appropriate measures.
