心脏远程监护技术和动态心电图监测技术在对心血管疾病患者进行心电图监测中的应用效果对比 被引量:1

Comparison of the application effect of remote cardiac monitoring technology and dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring technology in ECG monitoring of patients with cardiovascular diseases

摘要 目的:分析并比较心脏远程监护技术和动态心电图监测技术在对心血管疾病患者进行心电图监测中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年3月至2020年3月期间贵州省黔西南州兴仁市人民医院收治的72例心血管疾病患者作为研究对象。在这些患者入院后,分别采用心脏远程监护技术和动态心电图监测技术对其进行心电图监测,然后比较其室性心动过速、房性期前收缩、ST-T段异常改变及室性期前收缩的检出率。结果:与采用动态心电图监测技术对这72例患者进行心电图监测相比,采用心脏远程监护技术对其进行心电图监测时其室性心动过速、房性期前收缩、ST-T段异常改变和室性期前收缩的检出率均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与采用动态心电图监测技术对心血管疾病患者进行心电图监测相比,采用心脏远程监护技术对其进行心电图监测的效果更好,其心脏异常的检出率更高。 Objective:To analyze and compare the application effect of remote cardiac monitoring technology and dynamic ECG monitoring technology in ECG monitoring of patients with cardiovascular diseases.METHODS:A total of 72 patients with cardiovascular diseases admitted to Xingren People's Hospital of Qianxinan Prefecture,Guizhou Province from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects.After admission,the patients were monitored by remote cardiac monitoring technology and dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring technology respectively,and the detection rates of ventricular tachycardia,atrial prephase systole,ST-T segment abnormality and ventricular prephase systole were compared.Results:with the dynamic electrocardiogram(ecg)monitoring technique for electrocardiogram(ecg)monitoring of the 72 patients,compared with cardiac remote monitoring technique on the electrocardiogram(ecg)monitoring in the ventricular tachycardia,housing contracts before sexual period,before the ST-T period of abnormal changes and ventricular contraction detection rate are higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the dynamic ECG monitoring technology for patients with cardiovascular diseases,the effect of remote cardiac monitoring technology for ECG monitoring is better,and the detection rate of cardiac abnormalities is higher.
