对存在克罗米芬抵抗的多囊卵巢综合征患者进行药物治疗的研究进展

Advances in drug therapy for patients with clomiphen-resistant polycystic ovary syndrome

多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)患者常会出现克罗米芬(Clomiphene Citrate,CC)抵抗的情况。相关的研究表明,单用来曲唑、用来曲唑联合人绝经期促性腺激素、用来曲唑联合二甲双胍、用CC联合地塞米松、用具有滋阴补阳功效的中药联合重组人促卵泡激素等治疗方案对存在CC抵抗的PCOS患者进行治疗均可改善其卵巢的反应性,提高其排卵率、受孕率及活产率。在本文中,笔者主要是介绍用上述药物疗法对存在CC抵抗的PCOS患者进行治疗的研究进展。

Clomiphene resistance is common in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Related studies have shown that letrozole,used letrozole alone combined human menopausal gonadotropin,used letrozole in combination with metformin,joint with CC dexamethasone,fill with Yin Yang efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combining human recombinant follicle stimulating hormone treatment PCOS patients,which is in the CC resistance treatment all can improve the reactivity of the ovary,increase the ovulation rate,pregnancy and live birth rates.In this paper,the author mainly introduces the research progress in the treatment of PCOS patients with CC resistance with the above-mentioned drug therapy.
