还原型谷胱甘肽防治胸部放疗后放射性肺损伤的效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析用还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)防治胸部放疗后放射性肺损伤的效果。方法:将2015年2月至2018年10月期间在盐城市第二人民医院首次接受胸部放射治疗的96例局部晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者作为研究对象。将这96例患者随机分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48)。对两组患者均进行单纯调强放射治疗,在此基础上,为观察组患者加用GSH进行治疗。然后,对比两组患者2〜5级急性放射性肺炎的总发生率及2〜5级慢性放射性肺纤维化的总发生率。结果:接受治疗后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者2〜5级急性放射性肺炎的总发生率及其2〜5级慢性放射性肺纤维化的总发生率均更低,P<0.05。结论:用GSH防治胸部放疗后放射性肺损伤的效果确切,可有效地降低局部晚期NSCLC患者急性放射性肺炎及慢性放射性肺纤维化的发生率。 Objective:To analyze the effect of reducing glutathione(GSH)in the prevention and treatment of lung injury after chest radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 96 patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)who received chest radiotherapy for the first time in the Second People's Hospital of Yancheng from February 2015 to October 2018 were enrolled as subjects.The 96 patients were randomly divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=48).Two groups of patients were treated with intensity modulated radiotherapy alone,on the basis of which,the observation group was additionally treated with GSH.Then,the total incidence of grade 2-5 acute radiation pneumonia and the total incidence of grade 2-5 chronic radiation pulmonary fibrosis were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,the total incidence of grade 2-5 acute radiation pneumonia and grade 2-5 chronic radiation pulmonary fibrosis were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:GSH can effectively reduce the incidence of acute radiation pneumonia and chronic radiation pulmonary fibrosis in locally advanced NSCLC patients with lung injury after chest radiotherapy.
