X线检查与多层螺旋CT检查诊断肋骨骨折的效果对比

Comparison of X-ray and MSCT in the diagnosis of rib fractures

目的:分析并比较用X线检查与多层螺旋CT检查诊断肋骨骨折的效果。方法:选择2015年1月至2019年12月期间山西省晋中市第四人民医院收治的54例肋骨骨折患者作为研究对象。在这些患者入院后,对其均进行X线检查和多层螺旋CT检查,然后比较其肋骨骨折的检出率。结果:与对这54例患者进行X线检查相比,对其进行多层螺旋CT检查时其肋骨骨折的检出率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与用X线检查诊断肋骨骨折相比,用多层螺旋CT检查诊断该病的效果更好。

Objective:To analyze and compare the diagnostic effect of X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of rib fracture.METHODS:A total of 54 patients with rib fracture admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Jinzhong City,Shanxi Province from January 2015 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.X-ray and multislice spiral CT were performed on all patients after admission,and the detection rate of rib fractures was compared.Results:Compared with the 54 patients undergoing X-ray examination,the detection rate of rib fracture in the patients undergoing MSCT examination was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MSCT is more effective than X-ray in diagnosis of rib fracture.
