摘要
研究了温度变化对推流式微氧污泥床(PMSB)运行过程中同步脱氮除碳处理低碳氮比污水效能的影响。结果表明,反应器在33℃运行,NH4+-N和TN去除率分别稳定在90%和80%以上,COD去除率达到91.5%。温度的阶段性下降(33~15℃)导致功能菌群活性受到抑制,污泥氮负荷(NRR)由75.5 mg/(g·d)降至15℃时51.3 mg/(g·d)。15~33℃污泥活化能为14.8 k J/mol,胞外聚合物(EPS)含量随着温度的降低显著升高。温度回升至30℃时脱氮效能迅速恢复,表明反应器对温度变化的适应性较强。
The effects of temperature on simultaneous nitrogen and carbon removal efficiency for low C/N ratio wastewater in plug-flow micro-aerobic sludge bed(PMSB)were evaluated.The results showed that,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen were above 90%and 80%,respectively,the removal efficiency of COD was 91.5%at 33℃.The activity of microbes was inhibited with the gradual decrease of temperature(33~15℃).Nitrogen removal rate(NRR)decreased from 75.5 mg/(g·d)at 33℃to 51.3 mg/(g·d)at 15℃.The apparent activation energy was 14.8 kJ/mol and the content of extracellular polymers substances(EPS)in the reactor increased significantly with the decrease of temperature.When the temperature rebounded to 30℃,the nitrogen removal efficiency could recover well in the reactor which had adaptability to temperature change.
