基于文献计量学的近10年CNKI缓慢性心律失常高被引论文共词分析

Common words in highly cited papers about bradyarrhythmia in CNKI analyzed based on bibliometrics in resent 10 years

目的回顾分析2009~2018年收录在CNKI上的关于“缓慢性心律失常”主题的高被引论文关注的研究热点,为缓慢性心律失常的学科发展提供参考。方法以CNKI为数据源,利用书目共现分析系统Bicomb2对缓慢性心律失常高被引论文的核心关键词进行提取、统计,借鉴普赖斯定律核心作者的测算方法,确定高被引论文高频关键词,利用SPSS 22.0软件对共现矩阵进行系统聚类。结果共纳入文献598篇(华北169篇,华东132篇,华中99篇,东北77篇,华南80篇,西南65篇,西北47篇,不明2篇),分布期刊234个,涉及作者1504篇(合著率64.5%,合作度2.51),发表机构652个,提取高频关键词35个(位于前三位的为“心律失常”、“缓慢性心律失常”、“病态窦房结综合征”);对关键词进行共现及变迁分析提示:该领域研究热点逐渐由疾病的诊断、治疗转移到患者预后与生活质量上。结论缓慢性心律失常的学科发展愈来愈全面深入,面对起搏器快速快发的现状,未来研究趋势有向关注疾病预后,生活质量等人文方向发展。

Objective To analyze retrospectively the research hotspots in highly cited papers about bradyarrhythmia in CNKI from 2009 to 2018,and provide a reference for development of bradyarrhythmia discipline.Methods Taken CNKI as data source,core keywords in highly cited papers about bradyarrhythmia were extracted and counted by applying bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system Bicomb2.The high frequency keywords in highly cited papers were determined based on the calculation method of core authors of Price’s law.The co-occurrence matrix was given hierachical cluster analysis by using SPSS 22.0 software.Results A total of 598 papers were included(169 papers from North China,132 from East China,99 from Central China,77 from Northeast China,80 from South China,65 from Southwest China,47 from Northwest China and 2 unknown).The papers distributed in 234 journals involved 1504 authors(The co-authoring rate was 64.5%and degree of cooperation was 2.51),and publishing organizations were 652.There were 35 high frequency keywords extracted(The top 3 were arrhythmia,bradyarrhythmia and sick sinus syndrome).The results of analysis on co-occurrence and change of keywords showed that the research focus in this field has gradually shifted from disease diagnosis and treatment to prognosis and quality of life in patients.Conclusion The development of bradyarrhythmia discipline has become more comprehensive and in-depth.In the face of rapid development of pacemakers,the future research trends will focus on disease prognosis,quality of life and other humanistic directions.
