高职院校劳动教育实践育人导向的缺失及其复归 被引量:5

摘要 高职院校劳动教育与实践育人导向具有内在一致性。坚持实践育人导向,发挥实践育人对劳动教育的适应性和引领性,是高职院校劳动教育的应有之义。对高职院校劳动教育而言,实践育人发挥着完善、发展、成长与生活的应然导向。其中,完善导向即丰富职业教育和劳动教育的内涵;发展导向即推动高职院校劳动教育课程和教学体系建设;成长导向即促进学生在自我实现方面的成长;生活导向即推动高职院校劳动教育回归生活视域。然而,在高职院校劳动教育实施过程中,实践育人导向的缺失造成了对劳动教育的认识与定位模糊,劳动教育的实施力度不足;偏重劳动教育结果,淡化过程性体验的功利性导向严重;学校劳动教育文化建设薄弱,文化育人缺失;缺少实践理性的指导,使劳动教育流于形式等。推动劳动教育实践育人导向的复归,需要正确认识劳动教育的本质,加强课程建设和学科渗透;推动学校文化机制建设,营造回归实践的劳动教育氛围;把握实践育人的应然导向,注重劳动教育的体验性和过程性;坚持实践理性的引领,提升劳动教育的育人深度。 Higher vocational labor education and practice-oriented education have inherent consistency.It is the proper meaning of higher vocational labor education to adhere to the practice-oriented education and give full play to the adaptability and guidance of practice education to labor education.In terms of higher vocational labor education,practice education plays an important role in improving,developing,growing and life.However,in the implementation process of higher vocational labor education,the practice education guidance is missing,which is mainly manifested as:fuzzy understanding and positioning of labor education and insufficient implementation of labor education;focusing on the results of labor education and weakening the process of experience of utilitarian orientation;weak cultural construction of school labor education and lack of cultural education;lacking practical rational guidance and making labor dynamic education a mere formality.To promote the return of practice-oriented education in labor education,we need to correctly understand the nature of labor education,strengthen curriculum construction and discipline penetration,promote the construction of school cultural mechanism,create a labor education atmosphere returning to practice,deeply understand the due guidance of practice education,pay attention to the experience and process of labor education,and adhere to the guidance of practical rationality to endow labor practice with the depth it deserves.
