摘要
教育实习是职业技术师范教育中的一个基本环节。所谓教育实习范式是指一种相对稳定的教育实习的结构及其产生的现实效果。职业技术师范教育中教育实习范式变革的动因是多重交织的,其中基本动因有实践的驱动、政策的引导和理论的支撑等。而范式变革或重建的基本行动框架包括升级教育实习的目标、重构教育实习的内容、延伸教育实习的过程等三个方面。变革之后的教育实习具有鲜明的拓展性,因而可称为“拓展性教育实习”。
Educational practice is a basic part of vocational and technical teachers education.Educational practice paradigm refers to a comparatively stable educational practice structure and it's real effect.The reasons and impetus of transform of educational practice paradigm is multiply interweave,and basic reasons are practice-driven,policy-guidance,and theoretical-underpinning.The framework for action of paradigm transform includes upgrading the goals of educational practice,reconstructing the content of educational practice and extending the chain of educational practice.After the reconstruction,the educational practice paradigm with a kind characteristic of expansivity can be named expansionary educational practice paradigm.
