摘要
房屋的高宽比对结构安全、舒适性、经济性等方面有显著的影响。首先介绍了不规则建筑平面等效宽度确定存在的问题^结合某8度区大高宽比高层剪力墙住宅结构工程设计实例,用PKPM软件建立计算模型,对比不同高宽比下的结构顺风向风振加速度、风荷载及地震作用下的抗倾覆验算结果、结构最大层间位移角等结构指标,并对指标进行分析。
The aspect ratio of the house has a significant impact on structural safety,comfort,economy and other aspects.Firstly,the problems in determining the equivalent width of irregular building plan are introduced.Combining an engineering design example of a high-rise shear wall residential structure with a large aspect ratio in an 8-degree area,a calculation model is established with PKPM software to compare the downwind acceleration of the structure under different aspect ratios,wind load and earthquake resistance check calculation results,structural indicators such as the maximum displacement angle between layers»and analyze the indicators.
