为提高大型LNG储罐桩基一体化成桩工艺的施工质量,通过研究某项目灌注桩和桩帽一体化成型工艺的工程实例,对一体化成桩施工质量控制关键环节进行分析,确保一体化成桩质量有效控制.对一体化成桩的施工流程、模板、混凝土参数控制、混凝土养护控制等方面提出质量控制的具体措施,并结合工程桩检验和其他现场检验结果论证质量控制措施的有效性,形成全面的LNG储罐桩基工程一体化成桩工艺的质量控制要点。

In order to improve the construction quality of bored piles integration for large LNG storage tank,this paper studies the engineering example of bored piles integration technology in a project,analyzes the key links of the construction quality control of bored piles integration,ensures the effective quality control of the bored piles integration.This paper puts forward specific quality control measures for the construction process,formwork,concrete parameter control and concrete maintenance control of bored piles integration and demonstrates the effectiveness of quality control measures combined with engineering pile inspection and other on-site inspection results,so as to form a comprehensive quality control requirement for bored piles integration technology of large LNG storage tank.
