薄皮甜瓜重组自交系群体果实性状遗传分析 被引量:1

Genetic Analysis of Fruit Traits in Recombinant Inbred Lines of Oriental Melon

摘要 以140个薄皮甜瓜重组自交系为试验材料,对薄皮甜瓜单果鲜重、果实纵径、果实横径、果形指数、果肉厚度、种腔纵径、种腔横径、种腔大小指数、可溶性固形物含量等果实性状进行测定,并进行遗传变异、相关性分析及主成分分析。结果表明:各性状变异系数范围为7.27%~29.58%,其中单果鲜重变异系数最大;薄皮甜瓜果实多个性状间成极显著相关;由主成分分析发现,果实性状指标可以用3个主成分表示,其累积方差贡献率为88.03%。 140 recombinant inbred lines of oriental melon were used to measure the fruit fresh weight,fruit length,fruit diameter,shape index,flesh thickness,length of fruit cavity,diameter of fruit cavity,size index of fruit cavity and soluble solid content.Hereditary variation,correlation analysis and principal component analysis were conducted.The results showed that the coefficient of variation ranged from 7.27%to 29.58%,among which,the variation coefficient of fruit fresh weight was the largest;the multiple traits of oriental melon were highly significantly correlated;the principal component analysis showed that the fruit trait indexes could be expressed by three principal components,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 88.03%.
