摘要 建筑行业的发展对国家经济的稳定增长起着重要的推动作用,建筑企业的施工质量及自身社会评价直接受企业管理人员、技术人员能力水平高低等人为因素的影响。有计划的提高建筑企业内部员工个人能力,打造符合企业文化的优秀人才队伍,对建筑企业意义重大。员工培训是实现人员能力提升最直接有效的途经,但目前建筑企业的培训往往存在很多问题,本文通过针对目前建筑企业培训中发现的诸多问题展开讨论,针对具体问题有的放矢的探究完善建筑企业员工培训的应对策略,为今后建筑企业的培训提供理论参考,为建筑企业竞争力的提升提供保障。 The development of the construction industry plays an important role in promoting the stable growth of the national economy.The construction quality and social evaluation of construction enterprises are directly affected by such factors as the ability level of enterprise managers and technicians.It is of great significance for construction enterprises to improve the internal staff's personal ability in a planned way and create an excellent talent team in line with the enterprise culture.Staff training is the most direct and effective way to improve the ability of personnel,but there are many problems in the current training of construction enterprises.This paper discusses the problems found in the current training of construction enterprises,and explores the countermeasures to improve the staff training of construction enterprises,so as to provide theoretical reference for the future training of construction enterprises and provide reference for the construction enterprises to provide guarantee for the promotion of enterprise competitiveness.
