摘要
高校是培养社会主义现代化人才的重要场所,其教育制度、行政管理都会受到广泛的社会关注。人力资源管理机制会影响高校的外在形象,同时影响人才的培养方式。激励机制是常见的人力资源管理手段,对于提高高校人力资源管理体系有着重要意义,高校需要结合教育改革转变传统人事管理方式,以正确的激励机制,实现人才的有效开发,以现代化的管理方式推动高校教育系统可持续发展。本文通过分析激励机制的主要内容和运用手段,探讨其对高校人力资源开发管理的意义。
Colleges and universities are important places for cultivating modern socialist talents,and their education system and administrative management will receive extensive social attention.The human resource management mechanism will affect the external image of universities and colleges and at the same time affect the training methods of talents.Incentive mechanism is a common human resource management method,which is of great significance to improve the human resource management system of colleges and universities.Colleges and universities need to transform traditional personnel management methods in conjunction with education reform,use correct incentive mechanisms to achieve effective development of talents,and promote sustainable development of the education system of colleges and universities with modern management methods.This article analyzes the main content and application methods of the incentive mechanism and explores its significance to the development and management of human resources in universities and colleges.
