新冠肺炎疫情的突然出现给人们的健康带来了严重威胁,也给高校辅导员工作带来了新的挑战。面对疫情这样的突发事件高校辅导员应当如何积极应对,本文主要通过此次疫情结合心理学、社会学等相关领域的知识从危机应对与思政教育两个方面为高校辅导员老师在面对突发事件时提供可以借鉴的工作思路。

The sudden appearance of covid-19 poses a serious threat to people's health,and it also brings new challenges to college counselors.How should college counselors respond positively to such unexpected events as epidemic situation.This article provides a certain work idea mainly through this epidemic,combining psychology,sociology and some other knowledge,from the crisis response and ideological and political education for college counselors in the face of emergencies.
